EPISODE 183: Today Alisa is kicking off a series on gut health. You will learn about the root of bitterness known as unforgiveness. Who hasn't been hurt or offended in thier life? Forgiveness is the path to freedom but we have confused asking for forgiveness with an "I am sorry." Jesus placed a high call on forgiveness probably because He knew if we exercised it well we would get healthy, be whole, stay free and stay free as lovers of God and people.
