According to Ephesians 1:19 we have been given an incomparably great power because we believe in Jesus Christ, our Redeemer. Your greatest power lies in the treasury of your words. God's word trumps the messages we believe that the world comes at us with. Losing weight is a battle and the battle starts in your mind. Your thought life is the catalyst for your word life. Watch your tonuges dear friends. Inside your words lies the power of life, hope & perseverance.
