Is your prayer life stale and in a rut? Alisa is here today reminding us why we pray. She's fresh from the revival in Asbury and she's talking about that experience, and how it's changed her prayer life forever. This endurance workout's going to train our bodies and hearts and to pray! Today's message is found in Ephesians 1:15-23 where we're asking for the eyes of our heart to come alive to prayer.

This episode is all about peeling back the layers of dieting and revealing that a need to belong is at the root of diet culture. Alisa walks us through the journey of where diets have been—from the Apple Cider Diet to low fat and all in between—so we'll know where we're headed and why it matters. She gets after the lies we believe about our bodies and dieting and presses into the truth of God's design for our bodies and our hearts.

Alisa also shares a shocking statistic about diets that will surprise you. But the good news is she's giving you a really practical way to start moving the needle to better health and more peace in your relationship with food and your body.

Becky shares how her journey began out of a struggle with depression which led her to pick up her camera and start noticing the little things. Heather Johnson, our Director of Culture, is here today talking about a topic that might make us a little uncomfortable. It's one we all need to be talking about, but it's not always fun to think about. Conflict.

If you've spent any time scrolling social media or just doing daily life, then you know that conflict is inevitable and everywhere. From the office meeting to the checkout line to the kitchen table, we're not always great at being together.

The good news is Heather is here with practical and biblical steps that will train and equip us for the conflict we'll face. That's what we do here at Revelation Wellness—we train for the hard things. We really do believe life is better together, so let's practice leaning into relationships and learning to handle conflict well.

Did you know that being in community is one reason we're launching our brand-new free RW app? We wanted a place for the Rev community to gather together, and it's coming on February 14! From daily devotionals, a community group, and easy access to RevWell TV, the Revelation Wellness podcast, live workouts and so much more—we're bringing you the best of Revelation Wellness in one place!

We're also excited to launch RW+ on the app where you'll get access to premium content created just for you! If you loved hearing the conversation with Alisa and Sophia, then we think you're going to love hearing more like this on RW+ and so much more!

Get on the RW App Waiting List and get ready to launch with us on February 14!

We have waited a long time to have this guest come on the show, and WOW is it worth it! Get ready to be blown away by our new friend, Jon Tyson, who is sitting down with Alisa to talk about how to stay hungry for God and not hungry for the things of this world. His heart for God is like a flame that can't help but spread! This one will challenge you to look at the areas in your life that might be diminishing your hunger for God and replacing Him with the things of this world.

Jon Tyson is a church planter, pastor, and author who calls New York City home. He has a heart for seeing renewal and revival come to the Western church. He is the author of Sacred Roots, The Intentional Father, Sacred Roots, Kingdom Values, The God You Long For, and others. He is the lead pastor of the Church of the City New York.

Check out Jon's book, The Burden is Light, one we think will speak to the Revelation Wellness community as we seek to be a people free from striving and performance. You can also listen here to his teaching, God Comes Where He's Wanted.
